Introduction to frame structure - 3 - 

The archive intensive shelves are strictly made of national standard high-quality cold rolled plate through advanced laser cutting, CNC forging, imported robot welding technology intelligent operation, to ensure that each component is accurately shaped; the surface spraying is made of environmentally friendly epoxy polyester static powder spraying by automatic - 4 - nine-station spraying assembly line. Intensive rack is composed of chassis device, transmission system, safety protection device, braking device, dustproof sealing system, column, side plate, shelf, door, top plate, rocker and so on, and the standard parts are galvanised. The side row and the middle row can be used in both sides, the side row can be fixed, the middle rows shaking, can also be fixed in the middle row, the two sides rows shaking; the top of the mobile shelving has a dust board, between the two rows are equipped with magnetic rubber sealing strips to play a buffering effect.

 4.1 Base system The base is made of 2.35mm cold-rolled steel plate, with high-strength bridge plug-in composite structure, and a welded and reinforced integral wheel frame, which is firm and durable and convenient for transportation, installation and commissioning. 

4.2 Transmission system The transmission system is composed of crank/steering wheel, chain, transmission assembly and roller. ★ The transmission shaft is made of 45# steel with a diameter of 26mm±0.01mm through multi-lathe process, in which the connection part with the connecting tube adopts hexagonal solid process, the connection part with the bearing adopts 20mm±0.01mm cylindrical solid process, and the limiting part has a length of 20mm±0.01mm and an external diameter of 26mm±0.01mm, which is tightly adhered to the rollers. The main drive shaft and the roller connection part of the outside diameter of 26mm ± 0.01mm, process using the middle embedded square key connection. The main drive shaft is threaded 24mm, and the ends of the drive shaft are hexagonal and solid. 

4.3 Process of roller 

★ The rollers are made of high quality 45# steel forged and moulded, precision machined by CNC lathe, OD 132mm±1mm, ID 116mm±1mm, the surface of the groove bottom is machined by R12 angular process, the inner - 5 - hole size is 24mm±0.01mm, and there is a square keyway in the middle of it, the surface is nickel plated, rustproof and wear-resistant. 

★ The bearing adopts vertical bearing housing and 1204 inner self-aligning ball bearing combination, containing 24 steel balls, characterised by spherical outer ring raceway, with automatic self-aligning, can compensate for the error caused by different centrality and shaft deflection, but the relative tilt of its inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees, load resistant, high temperature resistant, wear resistant, low noise, high speed and low vibration. 

★ The connecting tube is made of seamless tube with wall thickness of 3.0mm, outer circle and inner hexagon, outer circle size of 25mm±0.2mm, inner hole size of 18mm±0.2mm; its hexagonal shape can provide a larger contact area and increase the torque transmission capacity between the connecting tube and its transmission shaft. Due to the hexagonal shape of the number of corners is more, so that the rigidity and stability of the connection tube is higher, can effectively resist the transmission of bending and deformation. The process of using four precision shrinkage seam, so that it and the drive shaft fit more closely, the transmission process synchronous back and forth, the centre position will not shift, always maintain the transmission shaft, bearings, roller geometric concentric circle transmission, transmission process without shaking and hysteresis appears. The surface of the connecting tube is polished and coated to form a layer of corrosion-resistant protective layer, which can provide good anti-rust performance. 4.4 Track 

★ Rail: 20mm*20mm D-beam moulded by cold-drawing process, accurately matched with the rollers, it is more energy-saving to shake and quieter to run. 

★ Rail connection using mortise and tenon connection, through the convex and concave with the structure in the connection between the rails constitute a connection, can not use the welding process, to avoid thermal expansion and contraction of deformation and welding of the sandwich can not be galvanised easy to produce electrochemical reaction and thus rust damage to the ground rail. - 6 - 

★ The C-type ground rail seat and the ground rail core are connected by screws, and the ground rail seat is made of compression treatment, which disperses the local load and reduces the vertical stress. The length of the track can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the number of columns, and it can ensure the flatness of each rail connection, the level of total length and permanent non-displacement when the rails are spliced.

8 - 4.5 Safety protection device Safety protection devices include anti tipping devices, limiting devices, braking devices and sealing devices. 

4.5.1 Anti dumping device: install steel plate safety hook on the chassis of each row of mobile shelves, and connect them with the rails to prevent the shelves from tipping, so as to achieve safety and reliability.

 4.5.2 Braking device: the braking device is installed in the middle of the lateral plate of each row of shelves frames, and the staff can lock the shelves frames before entering, effectively ensuring the safety of the inspection personnel. 

4.5.3 Sealing device: the sealing device is installed at the contact part between two frames at both ends of the frame to buffer the collision when the frame is closed, and has the functions of sealing, dust prevention and rat prevention. 

4.6 Erection parts The stand is composed of column, shelf, hanging panel and bookend. 

★ 4.6.1 The column is the vertical skeleton of the shelf frame, and 1.2mm thick cold-rolled sheet is used for fully automatic rolling forming. The forming specification is 45 * 37mm. Two concave bars are pressed on the front of the column to enhance the bearing capacity of the column and the aesthetics of the column. The side is equipped with column adjustment holes, with the center distance of 43.75mm and the allowable dimension tolerance of ± 1mm. - 10 - 

4.6.2 The adjustable shelf shall be made of 0.8mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, adopting the eight bend integrated forming process, no through spot welding and electric welding, with a thickness of 25 ± 2mm, and the front of the shelf shall be flat, which is convenient for storage, sorting and cleaning. The double side bearing capacity of each shelf layer can reach 80Kg, the bending deflection after 24 hours of full load is ≤ 2mm, and it will recover automatically after unloading. The shelf can adjust the floor height according to the volume of the article 

★4.6.3 Hanging Panel The mobile shelf hanging panel adopts an adjustable double-layer design. The upper hanging panel installation bookend can be adjusted up and down at will to prevent the tilt of the file boxes (molding size 515 * 28mm). The lower hanging panel uses 1.2mm materials to greatly improve the bearing capacity (molding size 545 * 77mm). - 11 - 

4.7 Lateral plate and doorplate. 

4.7.1 The lateral plate adopts the split process. The side frame adopts streamline design with six unequal gradient strengthening, novel design, smooth lines, durable, waterproof, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion turbidity performance is excellent. The lateral plates of each row has two catalog cards to facilitate file query. - 12 - 

4.7.2 The door plate adopts the latest process. Up and down the whole door, the door adopts goose neck handle,Inside the additional three-dimensional door seal, with anti-collision door touch, door bolt silent set, so that the whole door body is solid, beautiful and generous. 

4.8 The production process of the mobile shelving The side frame of the shelf frame is equipped with an integral closing lock, and the six sides are equipped with a buckle square lock. 

A. Processing of plates: the cutting, blanking, stamping, rolling and other processes of plates shall all be mould based, and the parts shall be assembled and welded from the track, column, chassis, door sealing drilling and other sections. 

B. Welding: The surface of exposed electroplated parts shall be free from defects such as scorching, bubbling, peeling, cracking and scratching. - 

13 - C. Surface treatment: the surface of the frame body and all components shall be sprayed with static electricity. After the treatment of all parts, the sprayed surface shall be uniform, bright, flat, consistent in color, and free of defects such as bare corners, rust, peeling, discoloration, obvious bumps and scratches. - 

14 - 4.9 Assembly a. After the assembly of each column, the gap between the butt joints of the guard board shall not be greater than 2.5mm b. The transmission mechanism shall rotate flexibly and be balanced without failure. c. For single row mobile shelving operation, the handle swing of each standard column (three groups and one column) shall not exceed 1.5kg. If the column length is greater than the standard column, the handle swing force shall be increased appropriately. d. Each structural member and frame shall be free of deformation and inclination. 

5.Manual operation. 

5.1 Each column of the whole train group is equipped with a locking mechanism, so the master lock must be opened before opening operation, and then the switch of the locking mechanism can be turned to the "ON" position before shaking operation. 5.2 Operation of crank: the crank is an automatic holding and unhooking mechanism. As long as the crank handle is put down and slowly lifted to gear, it can be forcefully shaken to make the frame swing to the required distance, and then it can be used to take off and reading files. 

5.3 Closing operation: After reading files, turn the switch board of the locking mechanism to the "On" position, shake the handle to move each row of file racks to the closed position, then turn the switch of the locking mechanism to the "Off" position, and lock the main lock. When closing the locking device, if it is difficult to close, gently shake the handle so that the locking switch can be smoothly turned to the "off" position. Avoid forced closing during operation to avoid damaging the handle.
